Who We Are

Hockley County School Employees Credit Union (HCSECU) was chartered in 1954. Since its inception, HCSECU has limited its field of membership to school employees and immediate family members. UNTIL 2023, HCSECU has opened up membership to other entities AND to the community under our Booster Club Association. We continually strive to offer the best rates afforded to members, whether the members are borrowing, or saving.
